Kestrel Freight: keeping 30 drivers connected on the road

The problem

Drivers' tablets lost the job list whenever signal dropped, and the office spent mornings on the phone.

What we did

Set up offline-first job sheets and device management for 30 tablets, with a spare pool in the yard.

The result

Morning phone calls down from around 40 to 5.
